Outlook 2007 does not forward body of message

When forwarding a message, either created with the company or received from outside the company, the forwarded message loses the body of the original message. And it’s intermitent. We run Workshare and Filesite with Outlook and wonder if something is stripping the data. Ctrl +A does not find the data on the forwarded message either. Thanks in advance.
