Outlook 2007 on Windows 7

I’m having an issue with one of my outlook clients, it will not open a window for reading an email from a specific contact, all other emails from other contacts operate as normal. Can read email if using preview pane, can right click on email and reply to it. Can right click and forward all but one. it comes up with an error of “you do not have the required permissions to perform this operation on this object” I can access the e-mail by opening the user’s inbox from my client and forward it to myself, then forward back to user. Is this a setting issue? am i going to have to reinstall Office 2007? any help would be appreciated.
