Outlook 2010 – emails being sent as someone else !?!

Hi There,

In our company a user (Jackie) is sending an email to another person (Mark).

When Mark recieves the email it does not show as coming from Jackie rather Lisa.

There is no delegates in place and she is not using the Send on Behalf option.

Can you advise why this maybe.
