Outlook 2010 Missing GAL

Hi,

Appreciate if you can provide any input for the issue an user encounters recently for the missing global address book. She is actually using Outlook 2001, when she creates a new message, her address book can only show personal contacts but no GAL (using cached mode)

Here is what the actions taken:

1. Download the updated address book
2. Right click GAL > properties, select ?Show this folder as an email Address book?
3. Create another profile and try cached mode on and off, try point 1 & 2, same result
4. Only she has such problem, other users are fine

Do I miss anything to check? Please help, thanks!
