Outlook bad file. Need Repair?

I have a bad Outlook pst file. I have tried to run Scanpst.exe and all I get is “An error has occurred which caused the scan to be stopped. No changes have been made to the scanned file.” Not sure where to look now. Outlook will not recognize the file in its condition.

Ideas?
