Outlook Calendar auto tentative.

Here is my issue. I have an assistant who schedules meetings for upper management all the time. out 3 people that she sends to, 2 have the meeting go to tentative status without even looking at them, the 3rd person, it does not go to tentative unless he selects it to.

All 3 use the preview pane, and none of them have there Outlook to auto accept appointments. The 3rd guy is missing appointments because he doesn’t check them right away in his inbox, and wants it to somehow auto tetative his appointments/meeting requests.

I have searched out the problem, and have not come up with any solutions. Thanks in advance!.
