Outlook Express

I replaced my hard disk after I run out of space. I till have the old one in running condition. How can I backup and restore my Outlook Express in the same manner to my new harddrive? I would like to keep everything in Outlook Express as is. Is this possible or do I have to type in everything again?
Any help will be appreciated.
