outlook express address book

I need to transfer the outlook express address book from a win98 hard drive to a winxp pro hard drive. Where are these files? Will Xp Pro open these files? Do I import them, copy them, cut and paste? The master HD is the Win XP while the Slave drive contains the old win 98 files. I need to know the extensions and location of files.
Thanks Mike
