Outlook freezes with oracle attachments

Hi,

our company recently upgraded our oracle software. Since then certain users have complained that their email is hanging their system.
Upon investigation it seems that only emails containing output from the oracle system (invoices etc), are causing the issue. I can’t print them, send them, reply to them. Any action results in me having to kill outlook.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
