Outlook Recurring meetings issue

I have one client running Windows Vista Business using Office 2007 SP2. Each monday morning, all of this recurring meetings reschedule themselves for midnight. I have created a new outlook profile for this user, applied an office patch. Aside from uninstalling office completely I do not know what else do to. After the meetings reschedule themselve, the user will move the times to the correct time and outlook of course sends out the meeting information. Does anyone have a fix for this?
