Outlook Web Access

I have Outlook Web Access for my remote users. Many of my users use backgrounds and stationary in their messages, yet when users try to access the email from Outlook Web Access, the backgrounds and stationary simply appears as an attachment. (notebook.jpg, etc.) Does anyone know how I can enable stationary on the OWA? Any help would be appreciated.
