Outlook Web with private and public IP

I have a SBS 2003 server which is dual homed with on interface sitting on a DMZ behind a firewall. I need to enable people outside the company access Outlook Web Access. However I do not want to open it up so the default page is available on the Internet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
