8/30’s “Tap into Outlook’s advanced e-mail and folder functions from VB” Builder.com tip negates to mentio nthat such tips are useless in automation because of MS’s draconian patch updates!, not only does it alert the user that you’re trying to use outlook, but the message is cryptic to standard users who end up thinking that they are being hacked! This is not the first time I’ve posted to builder.com’s team asking them to please be more cautious when posting tips. Instead I’d love to see methods where smtp is used much more effectivly how to handle situatiosn where you want to transmit data back to yourself from an error etc, via a similar transport that Internet Explorer 6 uses.
