Package and Deployment Wizard ERROR

hi..
please give me resolution for this problem. When i tried to package my application program, it always occured this error : with OS Win 98 -> Error Number 28 : out of stack space, with OS Win 2000 -> Error 80010108 : the object invoked has disconnected from its clients
