Palm Pilot synch with Citrix

Need to synch PalmPilot with Outlook profile
on Citrix server. This needs to be done for many clients. Need detailed instructions please.
FACTS:
-Citrix Metaframe XP, latest Palm OS, Outlook 2000
-Palm Desktop software published on Citrix
-Local PC with Citrix ICA client installed
-Outlook published on Citrix, configured for the client
-Palm Pilot connected to local pc through com1
