PalmOne Tungston C Universal Keyboard

A couple of days ago I bought the above Keyboard From Palm One, installed the software for it, and when I Plug in the Keyboard the HotSync program runs, no communication with the keyboard, and if I try to enable the keyboard I get a fatal error “Serial Library not found”. My PalmOne hotsyncs with my desktop via USB cable just fine.
