Pareto charts.

Recently saw a question on this site regarding “Histograms (Pareto)”. I was also looking out for a free tool that will draw Pareto to the following specs:

(1) Histogram to have ontiguous bars (no space between bars),
(2) Simultaneously draw the line in the centre.
(3) Platform MS-Excel 97 (ideally), I wouldn’t mind upgrading to XP if there is such a package.
(4) Should be embeddable in an ASP page of an intranet.

Extra info:
(1) No problem if I have to compute the cumulative values “manually” (ourside of the tool).
(2) 3D operspective not required.
