Partitioning on NT

Hi,
we have an unattended NT installation.
We do the partitioning, during the DOS portion of the install, we use GDISK to do this.
Now I need to create an 4 GB system partition.
This is not a problem, I use extendoempartition.
But I can only partition the rest of the disk(s) after NT installation.
Is there a way to do this command line driven in disk administrator in NT?
