Passing Parameter In CR Using Vb.net

I have used the form,from which user select the company name->press the search button->Now we find the Id(Primarykey) of the company->Id is passed to the form in which i use the crystal report viewer to display the crystal report.
Problem is that how i pass the particular value(parameter) in crystal report.
