Password Change Syncronisation Problems!

Hi, we change our Admin password on a regular basis. But everytime we do, we have Virus Scanner & Exchange 5.5 logon failures.

We then go into the Service applet in the Control panel and manually reset all the problematic services with the new password and everything works again.

Surley it should update these services automatically? Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to make it update automatically these services? We’ve tried syncronising the entire domain but to no avail!!! Any help would be very much appreciated! 😉
