password for outlook

Hi all,

My company has recently change from lotus notes email to microsoft outlook
Using exchange server .The problem is anyone can turn on your computer go to outlook
And access your email,except for new mails you have to connect to the server.
Does anyone out there knows how to prompt outlook to ask for a password
