Password on Personal Folders

How do you get around a forgotten or unknown password on personal folders? The user swears he didn’t put a password on it, yet there is 30 MB of data that he can’t access without a password that he doesn’t know. Is there any way to work around this and retrieve the data in his personal folders? Help!
