Password Protect Folders

I have been trying to find a way to password protect folders in Windows 95/98 that is when you click on a folder to access it you must supply a password to successfully open the folder and view its contents. Is there a way or is there a software utility where this can be allowed. I appreciate any one who would be help me out. Many thanks
