Password protecting folders in W2K

Is there a way to password protect folders on a W2K server where the folder is shared and several users access a single workstation with a shared domain login?
These shared workstations need to remain as they are, but specific folders need to be accessed only by the Shift Foremen and HR personnel, hence the need for password protection of the folder.
