Password reset at initial login

Hi All,

I’m preparing a MacBook Air, and I’m trying to figure out how to prompt the user to reset their password at initial login? I already added the machine to our network for monitoring and just need this last step setup. Anyone have any thoughts? I can’t find an option anywhere on the device.
