PC Freezes/turns off when playing games

Hi, my computer keeps freezing or turning off when i try to play games

My configuration is:

PSU Corsair vs450

CPU Amd phenom 2 1090t 6 corewith upgraded coolermaster cooler

Graphics card Nvidia 550ti

HDD 2TB

Ram 2x4GB

-cpuz stress test, pc turned off
