PDC access across a VPN

Hello All,

I saw a post about this subject, however I need to have the answer tailored to my project. I am installing a Linux Domain Controller in a car dealership that has 3 locations. I would like the 2 remote locations to be able to authenticate logins via the Linux PDC in the main location. How can this be done. I believe all workstations are or will be using windows 2000 or better. I noticed some mention about using a DNS Server to point the authentication requests to the IP address of the PDC so it can route the request over the vpn, however there were no details as to what type of record is placed in the zone file, or what the name of the zone should be. Please advise.
