Please help with Windows 2003 Clustering in VMWare Server

Hi,

Please help, I am getting this error when I am adding the node to the first cluster using the VMWare Server.

”
Failed to set the private properties for the Disk Q: resource
0x8007139f The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation”

Disk Q is the quorum
