Plotting File placement on hard-drive

I am using DISKMON to show disk activity and need to relate the reported sector address to specific files.
I need this so that I can find why explorer.exe sometimes goes balistic (up to 40% cpu on a p4-2.4ghz).
Does anyone know of any software that can display starting disk sector versus filename?
