Pocket PC sync with Outlook folders

Is there a way to sync my PPC pda (dell axim x50v) with my outlook Personal folders (contacts and calendar)running on my laptop with winXP pro (outlook 2002)? I only use the contact and calendar in my outlook personal folder since I can access these off line (which I cannot do in the actual outlook folder).
