Pocket PC upgrade

I’m the I.T. manager for a midsized company based around Tulsa OK. I am fairly lucky in that my budget only gets reviewed by myself. My question is, I currently own a Compaq Ipaq 3650 with a memory upgrade to 64Mb, and an OS upgrade to Pocket PC 2002. I have been looking at the Compaq 3800 series models but in reality they have the same specs as my 3650. Is there a pocket pc upgrade in the near future that will go beyond the 206Mhz barrier that most pocket PC’s areat right now? Besides the availability of bluetooth which is available in the 3800 series, which doesn’t interest me much would there be any advantage to upgrading at this point? Thanks in advance for you help
