Pop Up Ads

Recently, I have been getting pop-up ads. I use Norton Internet Security and have Spybot and Lavasoft’s Adware. In some cases, Norton will block the Ad, but a blank window will still popup. I have checked the Control Panel to see if any unusual programs installed.
