I am trying to animate series elements of a chart in PowerPoint 2003.
I have the chart, i add an entrance effect.(fly in)
I click on effect options, from this applied animation, and on the chart animation tab the only option available to me is “as one object”.
Other posts and help files suggest that “By element in series” should be an option here, and this is the option i am looking for!
Do i need to Ungroup the object? I dont want to do this because the dialog box suggests that all links to files connected to this .ppt file will be lost if i do this. This is unacceptable (or unaccepaple if your the Super Nanny 😉 ) as this slide is linked from an Excel 2003 file.
This is really bugging me, if you dont have a definite fix, workarounds and suggestions will be welcome.
