Preparing a daily report of production from a blank standard input sheet

I want to make a daily production report which needs around 30 new entries. I want to enter these values in a fresh sheet which in turn will update the daily report. My daily report has comparison for progressive month, progressive year and last year reports also. These progressive data are to be linked from the respective last year same day report. Will this be possible in excel.
