Preventing logon to Winnt4 domain

How is it possible to prevent WinNT4 wkstn users from logging onto a domain more than once with the same username?
Can it be done with policy, scripts, wsh, or other? If so could you give me pointers on how to do this. Non-winnt apps are not an option, and manual administrator intervention won’t get you the points 🙂
