Print Device File for HP5si

Does anyone have a print device file for an HP5si, using Netware 4.11? Have tried HP and Novell’s site to no avail, and phone call to HP yielded “we don’t have one.”

The file is Hp5siPCL.pdf

I appreciate any help.
