Print issues

I am working on a Windows 11 laptop. I am having issues printing to our network copier. I am trying to print from the laptop that is wireless connected on the same network. There is no firewall rules stopping this. If I hardwire the laptop it works just fine. It is only when I try to print off of WI-FI.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
