Print Server Permissions

I have a Win2003 server with a number of print shares on it. They each require a username/password to see the share. Now my question is how do i go about setting permissions on one specific printer on the server without a username password, so it can be added by users without entering a username/password, sort of like an anonymous logon (there are other shares on the server which do require a username/password).
