Print server setup problem

I have an issue with setting up a netgear ps101 print server and on the fist computer I installed it on, it worked great. On the second computer, on the end of setup, before you click finish to complete windows printer install wizard, I get an error message: Unable to install printer. The print processor does not exist.

Note: the reason why I am using a print server is because just untill recently the printer was shared out from a designated “server” machine and network browsing simply stopped and therefore the computers looking for the shared printer could not print anymore. Workstations could ping each other and nothing more.
