Print Spooler Keeps Crashing

I have a user whose print spooler continues to just stop. I have made a short batch file for the user to click to make it work again but I’m looking for a fix to the problem. I have upgraded the printer driver and reinstalled the service pack. The event viewer hasn’t been very helpful either. Anyone got any ideas?
