Printer will not connect to WiFi

I have a laptop that I cannot print to the wireless printer. Other PCs can print wirelessly to the printer, but not this one and it has in the last few days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It is a Epson WF-3540 and the lap top runs Windows 8.1. Using the Epson set-up wizard, it cannot find the printer. I can connect via USB. I have checked Network Discover and made sure it is turned on and the printer share settings are proper. Any suggestions?
