Printers disappear from Device & Printers window

Local and network printers disappear from Device & Printers window. After restarting print spooler service and deleting print jobs from C:\Windows\system32\spool\printers folder the printer temporarily prints successfully. After this the printers disappear in the Device & Printers window. Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
