Printing from Outlook 2007

Hi,

I have a client that can not print emails from outlook, but all other MS applications print fine.
I can see the job being spooled in printer properties but nothing prints.

O/s Xp home
There are 5 other pc clients networked to this printer (cannon MLD)
The pc’s are able to print from outlook fine.

Any ideas?
