Printing In Microsoft access

Hello
I am having an issue with an access database and before I go any further I thought I would ask this. I need only certain data printed from one form on a label.
Scenerio, I have a form that has quite a bit of information but I only need the name, a date and I have several Items that have checkmarks bound to the items. i only need the items that have checkmarks selected printed out on a label printer. Is this possible to add a button and have these selected items printed? I am by no means a guru. If this is possible I would appreicate it immensely for any help. Thank you for you time
