Printing problems with Outlook 2007

I cannot print email to a network printer from Outlook 2007. I can print to any other print, even other network printers. And I can print to this network printer from any other program including other office 2007 programs. I just can’t print emails to this Canon IR 5000, 1 of 3 printers on our network. I am using window 7 enterprise, but had this problem with Vista also.
