Printing to 2 printers simultaneously

I have a WindowsNT network with several network laser printers in various locations within the building. When printing certain documents from Word I need to direct the output to 2 different printers at the same time. For example, when printing a packing slip I need it to print in the office and in the warehouse at the same time. I’d like to be able to do this without printing the document twice. Does anyone know if this can be done and how? Thanks.
