Problem in viewing Profiles in yahoo

hi,
Here again with one more problem
i regularly chat with people across world using yahoo chat.
i am not able to connect to any link sent by others when i am chatting.
i am not able to view even their profile by using View Profile in contact options.

i am using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser.

please let me know the way out
