Here are the particulars about the environment: TCP/IP Network, running on NT4 (service pack 5) servers, with Windows 95/98 workstations. BDC is also a print server for some printers.
Here’s the problem: One client can’t print multiple copies of anything from any app on her machine. I’ve tried Notepad, Word, Wordpad — none will print more than 1 copy of a document at a time. I have reinstalled Office 97, deleted and reinstalled the driver for the HP Laserjet 5si. Others using similar workstations are able to print multiple copies to this printer without difficulty. I’ve checked port settings, etc., and can’t figure this one out. Please help!
