problem viewing videos

Video fails to load
Under embed or share buttons get an options balloon for email , twitter, etc.
Happens in IE8 and Firefox

Windows VISTA Pro
Flash player version = 10,0,45,2
Windows media player 11 checked for updates = none available
IE8 removed and reinstalled
Firefox removed and reinstalled
Adobe flash removed and reinstalled and is working on adobe .com
