Problem with syncing between iOS / Exchange and Mac

I have an iPhone 5 which has my Personal email account and my business account, my personal email contacts sync through iCloud to the Mac Address Book perfectly. My business contacts sync through Exchange.

However on my MacBookPro I use Outlook for my business emails and get the contacts through Exchange, my personal emails I use Mac mail with my personal contact list.

The problem is that for some reason the iPhone is syncing my business contacts from my phone to my Address Book on the Mac which I do not want, I only want the Personal contacts syncing with Address book, if that makes any sense.

How would I go about doing it?
